British Online Archives Partners
Jisc
British Online Archives (BOA) is proud to partner with JISC via the Digital Archival Collections Group Purchasing Scheme. Group purchasing is a community-centred scheme that is based on a simple market principle: the more products that are purchased, the lower the price. The scheme allows all JISC member institutions to purchase a selection of BOA products at a significantly discounted price.
Products made available on the scheme have been selected based on their relevance to subjects and course modules currently taught at British universities. All products on the scheme can facilitate innovative, multi-disciplinary forms of research.
Zendy
British Online Archives (BOA) is committed to making archival sources accessible to everyone. We are therefore delighted to partner with Zendy.
Zendy offers individual researchers a blended discovery experience—you can read and download scholarly resources from the world’s leading publishers on one platform. These resources include those that are open access, as well as those located behind paywalls. Crucially, Zendy aims to assist researchers based in developing territories.
For a small, affordable monthly fee, researchers in such territories can engage with a selection of BOA’s digital primary source collections, enjoying levels of access traditionally reserved for some of our most prestigious subscribing academic institutions.
