These assorted records cover two core themes, the SPG Special Wartime Committee Minute Book addresses how the SPG were able to continue functioning following the outbreak of war and includes details of what the newly streamlined committee's functions were with regard to the maintenance of the Society. The other selection of records includes a list of SPG Headquarters' staff who were serving in the First World War during 1918, arrangements made for staff during the Second World War and a list of missionaries interned in South East Asia during the latter.
