Commission on Inner-Party Democracy, 1978-1979
Following a resolution passed by the 35th National Congress, the Executive Committee set up the “Commission on Inner-Party Democracy” to “suggest improvements to the working of inner-party democracy… including for election[s] of [the] Executive Committee and District Committees” and other structural questions.
