2020 has been a challenging year for those studying and working in Higher Education.
Our main concern since March has therefore been to make it easier for students, researchers, and librarians to use online primary resources. The most obvious way we have done this is by offering existing customers free access to the whole of British Online Archives as part of our Covid-19 Response Plan. And in addition to publishing nine new collections, we have continued to improve our products, introducing a new universal viewer, enhancing volume level search, and expanding accessibility options.
Whatever happens in 2021, we will always put users first.
