Covers 2003-2004. Streats was Singapore's first free commuter newspaper, and was published in English. It was launched on the 3rd September 2000 by Singapore Press Holdings, reaching a mass circulation in excess of 220,000. On 31st December 2004 it ceased publication as an independent title and was incorporated into "Today", owned by MediaCorp. Microform Academic Publishers supplies the microfilm edition of this title under licence.
