This subset covers most of the British Empire, excluding only its colonies in Africa. Included here therefore are Australia, Burma, Canada, Ceylon, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Mauritius, New Zealand, St Helena, Samoa, Singapore, etc., as well as Cyprus, Malta, Northern Ireland, the Irish Free State, and also Aden.
