Commencing with a number of titles relating to the trial of James Hill, also known as ?John the Painter?, for setting fire to Portsmouth Docks in England as a revolutionary gesture. The early part of these papers then covers an argument between Edmund Burke and ?The Electors of Bristol? over the affairs of North America.
