Sir Arthur Balfour (1848-1930) served as British Foreign Secretary during the First World War and Paris Peace Conference. This volume contains papers exchanged between Balfour and the British delegation, including memoranda, reports, briefings, agendas, and telegrams, as well as correspondence and interviews with foreign and domestic diplomats and politicians.
